Terms and Conditions

By booking a tour with Alluring Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the guest”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Full payment must be made 60 days before the tour departure date.
• Prices are quoted in AUD and are subject to change before a booking is confirmed. 
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Guest cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see separate document).
• If Alluring Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future tour.

4. Service Withdrawal & Changes

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tour, service, or feature at any time, with or without notice.
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to cancelled bookings, aside from the refund of payments made to us.

5. Financial Transactions & Payment Security

• All payments must be made through our approved payment methods. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store customer payment details.
• In the case of chargebacks or fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to cancel bookings and seek reimbursement for associated costs.

6. Website Use & Liability

• While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that our website, tour descriptions, or third-party content are free from errors or
  omissions.
• We are not liable for website downtime, technical issues, or inaccuracies in the information provided.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, marketing materials, and tour-related documentation is owned by Alluring Tours and protected by copyright laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
• Guests grant Alluring Tours a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes
  unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

8. User Behaviour & Prohibited Conduct

Guests must: 

• Act respectfully towards fellow travellers, staff, and local communities.
• Follow all local laws and customs in tour destinations.
• Adhere to any safety guidelines provided by Alluring Tours staff.

Guests must NOT:

• Engage in unlawful or socially unacceptable behaviour, including but not limited to excessive intoxication, illicit drug use, harassment or violence.
• Promote unauthorised commercial activities, spam, or solicitations during the tour.
• Damage, steal, or misuse any property or facilities provided by Alluring Tours or third-party partners.
• Use our website or services to distribute false or misleading information. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund and potential legal action.

9. Account Management (If Applicable)

• If we offer some account-based services (e.g., tour memberships, online bookings), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that
  violate our policies.
• We are not responsible for unauthorised access to user accounts due to weak passwords or compromised credentials.

10. Health & Fitness

• Some tours may involve physical activities such as walking or hiking. Guests should assess their own fitness level before booking.
• It is the guest’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

11. Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Guests acknowledge that participation in tours may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation, activities, and environmental 
  conditions.
• Alluring Tours is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
• Guests agree to participate at their own risk and waive any claims against
  Alluring Tours, except in cases of gross negligence.

12. Force Majeure

• Alluring Tours is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or civil unrest.
• In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be offered at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in an Australian court of law.
