I’m Sharon Lenon
Alluring Tours was established in 2023 with a mission to take a group of Aussies — and one San Franciscan — on an unforgettable 19-day adventure through Morocco. We traversed this beautiful country, enjoying many memorable experiences, including glamping, camel riding, staying in traditional riads, exploring the Roman ruins at Volubilis, visiting Berber villages, watching salt-filled sunsets at Essaouira, wandering through magnificent gardens, and navigating souks galore — just to name a few!
I have travelled extensively across every continent, with the exception of Antarctica. I’ve been proposed to at the Taj Mahal, slept to the creaking sound of icebergs in Newfoundland, and was evacuated from the hills of Darjeeling due to a pending guerrilla attack. I’ve traded with Indigenous people at Uluru, walked 500 kilometers of the Camino de Santiago, and traveled on the Hiram Bingham Express in Peru. Whether independently or on tours, I’ve experienced the best and the not-so-great aspects of both. I’m deeply grateful for these wonderful, colourful experiences, and now I want to bring the joy of travel to others. I’ve put together a team of country experts, each carefully selected for their deep knowledge and kind hearts. This is a labour of love. We’re a small business with down-to-earth values, passionate about supporting other small businesses.

Some of our tours offer themes that create additional elements to the experience. Our Travel Sketching Tours provide daily sketch classes that are fun and give you a life skill that benefits you well beyond the tour. Other themes include wellness retreats and food and walking tours.
