Return and Refund Policy

Guest Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue offering exceptional tours.

 

1.1 Cancellations by Guests

• More than 60 days before departure – Full refund, minus a 10% administration fee.
• 31 to 60 days before departure – 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• 15 to 30 days before departure – 25% refund of the total booking amount.
• 14 days or less before departure – No refund.

 

1.2 Transfer to Another Tour

• If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your booking to another available tour (of equal or lesser value) up to 30 days before departure without penalty.
• Transfers made within 15 to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% rebooking fee.
• No transfers will be permitted 14 days or less before departure.

 

2. Cancellations by Alluring Tours

• In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, low bookings), you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future tour.
• We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (such as flights or accommodation booked separately).

 

3. Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation will be provided for cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: pandemics, natural disasters, wars, or government restrictions beyond our control.

 

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected travel disruptions.

 

5. No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive at the designated tour start time will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or rebooking.
